In just two short weeks we will be biking our first day on the NAMI Coast 2 Coast tour. That first day will be interesting; the route consists mostly of road biking, which is different from our trail-centric planned route for the first week, and the destination is Princeton, our home away from home. It will be the first time Maddie and I actually bike together in person. As much as we've discussed the trip and updated each other on our rides over the last few months, we still have yet to ride with each other! Our excitement continues to build the closer we get to April 10th. Hope you are all getting pumped as well!
In other exciting news, we will both be vaccinated by the start of the trip! A bike trip is already covid-safe, but the extra layer of protection from the vaccine eases the mind just that much more.
